Laurie mainly grew up in Marshall, Arkansas and graduated from Marshall High School. Laurie spent 19 years working with Commercial Union Insurance Company then worked in banking for 14 years before coming back to insurance.
Laurie met and married her husband, Lynn, in 1986. They have 1 son. In her spare time she enjoys working in the yard, reading and baking.
