Started in 1999, the Gregg Phillips State Farm Agency has been serving the residents of North-central Louisiana for over 20 years.

I am originally from Rogers, Arkansas and went to college at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, graduating with a Business/Marketing degree in 1990. I started working with my father-in-law Gerald Long, who was then a State Farm agent, in 1991. After that, I worked in claims with State Farm from 1994-1999, when I was offered the opportunity to be the next agent here in Ruston.

I have served my community by being Chairman of the Ruston/Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, President of the Ruston Rotary Club, serving on the local Convention and Visitors Bureau board of directors, and coaching many years and serving on the board of Ruston Dixie Baseball.

I am also an active member and Deacon at FB Church in Ruston, where I enjoy teaching college Sunday School class.

My wife, Andrea, and I have raised 4 boys here in Ruston and are equally proud new grandparents of four grandchildren Caroline, Lydia, Jackson, and Peter.

We consider it an honor and a privilege to serve the residence of Ruston, Choudrant, Simsboro, Dubach and all of Lincoln Parish and North-central Louisiana, and look forward to showing you why we are the agency of choice for this area.

Milinia Stewart (aka Lini) started with the Gregg Phillips Agency in 2012. She currently serves as our office Fire and Life/Health Account Representative. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Milinia is a graduate of Assumption High and Grambling State University.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in south Louisiana.

Laurie started with the Gregg Phillips Agency in 2018. She is licensed in Property & Casualty.  She currently serves as our office Receptionist and Auto Service Rep.

Laurie mainly grew up in Marshall, Arkansas and graduated from Marshall High School. Laurie spent 19 years working with Commercial Union Insurance Company then worked in banking for 14 years before coming back to insurance.   

Laurie met and married her husband, Lynn, in 1986. They have 1 son.  In her spare time she enjoys working in the yard, reading and baking.

Stacy Graham started with Gregg Phillips agency in June 2022. She currently serves as the Auto insurance representative and licensed in Property and Casualty.

Stacy graduated from Ruston High School and Louisiana Tech University. She loves serving the community of Ruston because of how it has influenced her. She enjoys spending time with family and supporting her boys in football!

Natalie, or as we know her- Gracie, is one of our student interns who oversees our social media and community outreach.

Gracie graduated from East Beauregard High School in Dry Creek, Louisiana. She is currently majoring in Secondary Education with a concentration in Agricultural Sciences at Louisiana Tech University.

Tyshon Baker

Tyshon Baker is our sale's intern. He is from Ruston and currently a senior at Louisiana Tech University majoring in marketing.

Ty enjoys going to the gym and working on his artwork in his free time. He enjoys many different types of art but is especially talented in portraiture.
